I WILL MAKE COMMENT SOON! Lawsuit Against Cleveland Police.watsonwoodhousesolicitor1

My name is Brian Howes and can’t believe how the BBC is allowed to make false statements in their so called Investigating Scotland program investigated and presented by Ross McWilliam. Ross McWilliam says he can tell the full story for the first time but this story far away from the full story which started in 2002 and he has missed out many parts of the true story throughout the report.

The reporter fails to say that it was not and is not illegal to sell these chemicals to America and it is only if we had knowingly supplied to meth labs that any law would have been broken. If Gillian Mathews who said she works to police the chemical industry did not know what the chemicals could be used for how could we have known? We sold up to 60 chemicals of which all had the potential for misuse.

The video is so inaccurate I will be taking legal action against the BBC if I can. Ross McWilliam the reporter thought only of viewing figures rather than the truth. The BBC or Ross McWilliam did not even ask or let us see the content of the program before it was shown on TV, How do you get a accurate report when the video shows only what Cleveland Police and the DEA said and Ross McWilliam did not do the checks that would of shown inaccurate information which could have been corrected before being televised.

The BBC should take action and investigate the complaints I will be making very soon against the BBC and Ross McWilliam. Maybe that will be more accurate but I doubt it.

The Stockton Business unit was under licence to sell chemicals and that false beginning is a complete disgrace from the BBC and Ross McWilliam. We had our Website checked by Redcar and Cleveland Trading Standards and a Trading Standards officer called Bill England even helped write our terms and conditions. I had even taken advice from the Home Office which is not disputed. At the beginning of this BBC report it says that the chemicals are Illegal but he fails to say that the chemical are all legal in the UK and were being sold legally.

Gillian Mathews states that sending to a Po Box meant we did not know who was buying our over 60 products, but in order to make a purchase a verified credit card had to be used so yet again the public watching are not told the truth by the BBC or Ross McWilliam .

We had to move because Cleveland Police told the Stockton Business centre we were selling Illegal chemicals and the Stockton Business centre said it was a breach of our agreement with them.

Of course all the chemicals were legal and it was an Opportunity for Cleveland Police to attack my family and myself. A copy of our terms of licence can be verified by Stockton Council and I will produce a copy on this and other sites soon.
